Terms Of Service

No Worries Errand and Concierge works primarily in York and Cumberland Counties.

No Worries Errand and Concierge hold the right to refuse any business it feels is unsafe and unsuitable for its employees.

Business hours are 9:00a.m. - 7:00p.m. M-Sa Services may be available by appointment beyond business hours at an additional cost.

We will reply to all requests for services within 24 hours.

We request that you provide at least 24 hours lead time on all requests. We will always do our best to fulfill requests for service as soon as possible, on a first come, first serve basis.

Impromptu services may be provided depending on availability.

We also require a 24 hour notice prior to service cancellation; a fee will be imposed for cancellations less than 24 hours.
Monthly Service Packages can be paid by cash, check or credit card.

Membership packages can be paid by cash, personal check, or credit card. A trial membership may be purchased (3 months) before purchasing a longer membership. If you choose to purchase a membership once completing the trial, the trial fee will go towards the balance of the membership. For instance, you choose the 3 month trial for $200 and decide to take the "I just need a little help" package for $1020.00, your balance would be $820.00. Payment for all à la carte service is due up front or upon completion. In most cases a percentage of the job is due up front and the rest due upon finish of the job. All additional charges incurred such as dry cleaning, groceries or anything that will incur expense are preferably due prior to service, but can be arranged to be due upon completion of service. A major credit card will be held as a security deposit upon request of services.

Credit cards held as a security deposit will not be charged unless the client fails to provide alternate method of payment upon completion of service.

No Worries Errand and Concierge reserve the right to make all final decisions on services and related costs.

If clients utilize additional hours over their monthly membership package, they can either choose to purchase à la carte hours or another package.

All unused package hours can roll over to the next month as along as another monthly package is purchased; for example if a client has 3 hours left on their first month package, they can roll those over to the next month, purchase another package of 8 hours and have 11 hours of service available to them.

The No Worries Errand and Concierge referral program provides one free hour of service added to an existing account or to a future purchase (within 6 months) of a service package for every new client referred that purchased a service package. The free our will be granted to the referrer after the person referred has completed payment for service. The referral program does not apply to a la carte services.
