Repairmen/Delivery Wait Services

Sometimes the need for repairmen to come our homes becomes daunting because they only come during the day while your at work. You've just used your last hour of personal time. What do you do? Yea! You just bought new furniture, but they don't deliver weekends, ugh! Well that's where No worries comes in. I provide wait service for deliveries and repairmen. I'll arrive at the designated time and wait until the service is completed. No additional repairs than what you have authorized will be allowed until you have been contacted and you have approved those additional repairs.

Seasonal Home Opening

Do you own or rent a seasonal property? Hate to spend time opening it up for the season, then spending time cleaning up before you go? Now you have someone to go in ahead of you to prepare for your arrival.

The following services will be performed for your home opening:

• Outside yard is neat and free of debris. Grass cutting option available if yard is less than one acre.
• Vacuum and sweep home
• Open windows to air out the home
• Dust
• Wash dishes (if applicable) and put them away
• Make beds and set out linens
• Stock paper products
• Stock staple foods* to include the following:
  a. Milk 2%
  b. Bread
  c. Butter
  d. Eggs
  e. Cereal
  f. Pasta and sauce
  g. Soda and or water

*Foods stocked will be store brand unless owner specifies otherwise. For organic foods, there will be an additional fee.

Seasonal Home Closing

When it's time to leave all you have to do is pack your bags and leave! I'll take care of the rest! Why waste the last day of your vacation cleaning up the house? Take advantage of the time to visit more friends, family, or do more shopping!

The following services will be performed in your seasonal home closing:

• Clean up yard of debris
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors
• Clean the stove and oven
• Wash and put away dishes
• Strip the beds, wash and put away linens in storage
• Secure all doors and windows
• Clean bathrooms
• Clean out refrigerator
• Set the alarm.

Renter's Check-Up

Do you rent your home during the off season? Perhaps you would be interested in knowing what happens to your property while you're not there? The Renter's Check-up service entails No Worries Errand and Concierge Service entering your home during off-season occupation to "check-up" on your property, making sure it is in good shape. Pictures taken to show you what your property looks like inside and out during occupation and notes taken on the condition of it. The tenant by law is required to have 24

notice of the landlord or representative thereof entering the premises.
