No Worries Errand and Concierge Service respect your privacy. We comply with all applicable privacy laws, including stringent international and U.S. laws. We will only use or disclose your information for a limited number of business and legal reasons and to support and improve our service to you as described in this privacy statement. Please note that by submitting personal information to us, you consent to limited uses described in this privacy statement.

No Worries Errand and Concierge Service also collect information volunteered by participants, such as survey information. E-mail addresses are used to notify participants regarding service requests and inquiries they have placed. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding service requests they have placed.

When you sign up as a participant or Client with No Worries Errand and Concierge Service, we ask you for the information we need to process your service requests. That information includes your name, names of family members, billing and shipping address, telephone numbers, credit card number(s) and expiration date(s), and email address. In addition, service-specific information may be asked at the time you place a service request, such as the name and address of a gift recipient, for example.

No Worries Errand and Concierge Service consider the information it obtains from participants and Clients to be private, and it is kept within our secure office file system to protect it from outside parties. We will not rent or sell your individual name, home or work address, telephone numbers, email address, credit card information, service history, data on purchases through No Worries Errand and Concierge Service, or personal information to any third party without your permission. We will disclose such information to third parties only in connection with your request for No Worries Errand and Concierge Service to provide services. All participant and Client files that have been inactive for 12 months are removed and destroyed from our office filing system and database.

No Worries Errand and Concierge Service reserve the right to use and disclose to others aggregate data about participant usage of No Worries Errand and Concierge Service, without disclosure of any individual information. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. If our information practices change at some time in the future we will notify you of these changes immediately and provide you with the ability to opt out of these new uses. Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by contacting us directly.
